Who's Behind KiwotHire

Founder

Background

HR professional based in Spain, currently specializing in SAP HCM and Payroll solutions. I've experienced firsthand how fragmented technical recruiting is in Europe—navigating GDPR compliance, multilingual talent pools, and complex cross-border regulations that make finding the right engineering talent unnecessarily difficult.

The Real Problem

What really pushed me to build KiwotHire was seeing—through my own experience and conversations with my network—that tech recruiters rarely reach out after genuinely reading our profiles. Most outreach feels generic, lacks personalization, and often comes across as rushed or impersonal. The core issue? They simply don't have the right tools to do their job effectively.
